Ts. Raihan Maskuriy is a Lecturer in the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and a Professional Technologist specialising in Building Information Modelling (BIM) pedagogy, digital transformation in the built environment, and industry–academia collaboration. Her work integrates BIM governance, role-based coordination, information management, reality capture, digital heritage, and international collaborative learning.
As the Coordinator of Intelligent Built Environment Experience (IBEX), with leadership responsibilities across the IBEX Unit and the IBEX Research and Innovation Centre, she leads the development of a faculty-level platform that integrates research, digital technologies, specialised laboratories, professional expertise development, and collaborative networks for intelligent built environments. Through IBEX, she connects academics, researchers, industry professionals, and strategic partners through applied research, industry engagement, capacity-building initiatives, and international collaboration.
